New player looking for a tutorial

Hello all, new player here. I am loving this game, but I hate not understanding the systems or guidance on how to really squeeze the efficiency out of my cities. I kept going bankrupt over and over until I started using dirt roads and lowering my budgets but I want more. I'm looking for an in-depth tutorial from someone who understands the mechanics in-depth like Nilaus' coverage of games like factorio. Does anyone have any suggestions?
