Increase to monthly subscription?

I've just noticed my direct debit is going up to £17.99 from £16.99 tomorrow without any email notification from Cineworld. I'm aware I can contact Cineworld directly but I don't have the time right now to do so and I know they don't return emails from previous experience. Has anyone else noticed this?
