Double check your rewards, I got charged for my rewards today and spent 15 min trying to explain to very rude and dismissive staff what happened.

Turned in two rewards I had while making an order. Didn’t realize before checking out that I was charged for my rewards. Had to go inside to explain. The staff members were very rude and dismissive.
