Cat only wants to go outside

I adopted a cat that has been abandoned by her previous owners. The problem is that they would always let her outside so now I have a cat that only wants to go outside. As soon as she wakes up in the morning she wants to go outside and after she eats she wants to go outside. She’ll just walk back and forth to the front and back door until I let her out. She immediately gets bored inside and when I try playing with her with toys she immediately loses interest. I put bird and mice videos on my tv and that sometimes holds her interest but only for a little while. I have the window to my room opened but it’s covered so she won’t go outside but she’s still able to listen and feel the air. I’ve tried toys such as feather wands, catnip toys, balls, laser pointer and she only seems interested once in a while. When she’s outside and I open the door to go outside she’ll bolt to go inside. I’m guessing it’s because she thinks she’s going to get fed because when she sees she’s not getting food she immediately wants to go out again. Right now I only let her out at the most 5 times in a day for 30 minutes to and hour but I’m trying to lower it. Is there anything I can do? A catio is not an option as I don’t have the funds for that right now.
