Should my wife and I re-home our cat?

My wife and I adopted a cat back in august, his name is concrete. He was recused as a stray and was at the adoption center for 2 days before we took him. All we know about his age is that he’s 1-5 years old. We already had a cat before him, named crumb. Concrete is a bit of a wild child and still has some “stray tendencies”. He’ll take any food he can find and go hide while he eats it, if you walk towards him too fast he’ll get defensive and let out deep meows and sometimes scratch/bite your leg. He has no regard for anything ie destroying blinds, toilet paper rolls, cords etc. Concrete and crumb do get along, they groom each other often but sometimes concrete will get, what we think is, too aggressive and start to bite down on crumbs neck. she’ll meow and run away and hide but there’s never any hissing or puffy tails between them. Since we got concrete my wife and i had a baby girl. He is very sweet with the baby, likes to cuddle up if we’re feeding her or playing. Concrete does destroy a lot of things in the house, he can get aggressive fast even when unprovoked. Crumb has resorted to hiding all the time, when she gets hungry and goes to eat you can tell she’s looking for concrete in hopes of not being seen by him. There is this stray cat that likes to hang out outside and likes to jump of the window sill. If concrete sees the other cat through the glass they’ll hiss growl and screech at each other, even at 2am. It wakes all of us up. Is he maybe too bored? We don’t want to get rid of him but it sometimes feels like he’s not happy here. I’m also just waiting for the day where the baby accidentally hits or grabs concrete and in return he bites her. Thank you for any advice.
