Why doesn't rest of the world retaliate against USA for once?

US (under Trump) hates Russia, US hates China, US hates Mexico, US hates europe and now US hates Canada (25% tarrifs).

Why does the rest of the world stand up against this bullying rhetoric? I mean, at this point it seems like USA can get into demanding anything and rest of world has to bend over backwards.

This is stemming from latest 25% tarrifs that orange man is planning. It seems everyone ( east, west, south and now north) is tired of him playing with the lives of millions at the whim of a tweet.

Realistically speaking why isn't there even a mention of retaliation against this bullying nature?
