Why My Custom Blackfyre Character Don't Have The Claims For The Iron Throne?

I finally use the House Customizer Trait on Daemon The Younger so I can be his brother.

The problem is that everyone of the Blackfyre family have the claims for the throne, but me.

Is it because I'm playing as another adventurer group, a bug or the House Custom Characters don't get any claims?
