Players Who I Consider to be Objectively Bad at This Game
Minimum Requirements to have the Potential for Me to Recognize You as a Good player
Note: Potential only, you can meet these requirements and still be bad.
- If you can't get a single max tier, you are objectively bad at this game with no exception whatsoever.
- I don't tend to evaluate trophies that much when considering people's skill. There are many people who have 70k+ who are dreadful at this game, but play a lot. But if you have under 30k trophies, there's a 99.999% chance that if I played a game with you, I would think you are trash. Good players with < 20k just don't really exist, because if you have that little trophies, you don't play this game a lot.
- If you are one of those people... who are hardstuck mythic even legendary..., you are just bad at this game, man... I understand that there are randoms who are unbelievably trash at this game. Some games are simply unwinnable, because a 6 year old first picks Dynamike. But, eventually, you will get lucky enough to string enough games where your randoms are not completely trash. A truly good player will be able to carry those games. Even a mediocre player will be able to accrue enough wins to reach Masters by just grinding a huge amount of games and getting enemies who go AFK or troll
Req 3 is directed to those who play ranked a lot for multiple seasons. I know there are good players who just don't want to grind ranked. I suppose that for 3, an excuse can be made for those who have a weak roster of upgraded brawlers. But if you have 20+ Power 11s, there is no excuse for you, honestly. Don't blame randoms for why you lost 15/20 games. Those 20 games had only one player in common between all of them. The reason is clear enough.
It is difficult to tell if a player is truly bad by looking at their profile. I do give benefit of doubt because I do meet good players who have bad-looking profiles even if it's once in a blue moon. But if you can't meet these bare minimum, easy requirements, you don't have good game sense. I guarantee it. I know that there are many people on this reddit who do not meet this requirements and yet think they are good enough to give comp advice, etc... Why do you think you are good enough at this game to give comp advice (especially drafting, not referring to basic things like who to max, etc) to others when you are mythic/diamond?
Nowadays, there are so many players who have masters, lots of trophies, etc who are just trash at this game - Trophies nor Masters are NOT a very good metric to judge a player's skill. I created these requirements to set a bare minimum of what you should most likely meet if you are an objectively skilled player. I think YOU ARE THAT RANDOM who makes the actually good players' lives miserable when you are on their team otherwise.
This ends my rant. Do you guys agree or disagree? I know there will be people who feel angry because they feel personally insulted. If those people are going to respond, just know that when I find your opinion irrelevant. I am mostly trying to ascertain what the upper echelon of this community think. But it would be a lie to say that I am not interested in what the lower echelon thinks, too.
Edit: Downvoting spam from the hardstucks won't change the fact they are bad
