A random bastard joined my 5/6 1019 suite pls help

I was just about to add my last person in and some random international guy joined my suite. What can I do. Keep in kind this guy has zero social media foot print, so we are already planning on hitting up housing for his email. Is there anything else we can do if he says no to direct swap? My boy in the double is about to tweak on him.
