LED Headlights and highbeams

Last night I was driving back to kampung, istg some people are so stupid and ignorant.

Almost every car on the other lane had highbeams (hence the stupid and ignorant part) on and majority of other car had this stupid ass strong led headlights. Dude it gave me and my wife migraines, I can’t even enjoy driving in the night. I literally had to highbeam some people to signal them to close the highbeam

Woke up with the biggest migraine and just feeling shit, my eyes hurt and all.

Any tips on how to actually drive in the night? Heard they said they gonna legalise 50% tint in the windshield, is that true? Plus what are the use of this bright ass led shit
