Weight Gain

I prolly gained like maybe 50 pounds on meds when I was first put on lithium and seroquel back in 2012.

Since then they have dropped my seroquel dramatically to just like 25mg at one point it was like 600mg or something ridiculous.

I feel like every time I lose weight I gain it back but now that I've gotten older and im 33 it seems extremely difficult to lose weight.

Im guilty of eating poorly too so im not gonna blame it all on the meds but it is hard to get motivated to lose weight when I gain it back anyway.

On top of that most of the time I feel lethargic and numb and I dont feel like leaving my apartment so its hard to stay motivated.

Its not just me everyone that I know that's on lithium seems to have this problem or they have like a beer belly lol
