It’s post-Omniverse. Ben and Gwen are 23 while Kevin is 24. Gwen and Kevin just had two kids, Devlin and Caroline. Gwen’s mom is babysitting them while the young parents get a break.
Ben is joining them at the Mr. Smoothies for old times sake. He’s got a daughter named Evie and is waiting to pick her up from school. His lovers are off doing their duties (Looma and Attea dealing with diplomacy, Julie at her tennis class, Helen and Shar on a mission and Hope is doing sorcerer stuff.)
