Bard wont load says ""Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. Please try your request again later

When I have been been loading bard lately i have got the following message"Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. Please try your request again later" I can search and use other websites but not bard Clearing my cache and cookies used to make it load but now it doesn't and i cant use it.I have run an antivirus check and there is no malware or virus on my computer or network. My Chrome is up to date and I have cleared my browser extensions . So I am not sure what's causing the problem does anyone have any ideas what might be causing it ?
