It's crazy how much you recognize their behaviors when you pay attention

My pwBPD seems to favor using the DARVO technique against me in most situations. It's one of those things, at least for me, that in the past I didn't really realize was happening. Then the more I've talked about my experiences on here, the more people have mentioned my pwBPD is using DARVO on me.

The more I pay attention to the way she acts when she's upset, the more I've noticed how often she uses DARVO on me. It's pretty much a daily occurrence with her.

No real point to this post other than to share that it kind of blows my mind how things can go unnoticed. Then once you open your eyes to their behavior, you really do notice how often they're gas lighting you, abusing you, using DARVO on you, or anything else.
