tetatus vaccine for pediatric

My one-year-old child (1M) fell outside on the road and injured his lips, resulting in bleeding. Fortunately, the wound is not deep. However, I am concerned about whether he requires an additional tetanus vaccination. He has received his routine tetanus vaccinations at 6, 10, and 14 weeks, with the next dose scheduled at 18 months. Given this situation, should we take any additional precautions or seek immediate medical intervention? Please advise.
