Have you been ripped off at happy hour?

This happened last night at the Abercrombie Hotel, Broadway

I was standing at the bar before 19:00 [happy hour 5-7], ordered a $10.00 item from the bar, they then claimed the 'system' says its after 19:00 and the 'system' wont allow them to accept the happy hour price.

Now keep in mind, this venue only has beer and wine under $10.00 and having worked in bars previously, I know that there 'system' can be easily overridden.
