Joint custody: paperwork questions

Alright...

So... I'm (39m) currently going through family court with my ex (39f)... We have 4 children together. The parenting time is fine, it's been split 50/50, finally. But there's a few stipulations in the "paperwork" that the other parent is wanting me to sign to submit to the courts to finalize everything.

1. Child support. The other parent says that I pay "$0" in child support. They would be the "receiving" parent.

2. Paperwork states that if both parents have a disagreement with things, the ex is the one who have the final say-so.

3. Visits with the children are supposed to be overnight and school would be the exchange. Whoever has the children, takes them to school and picks them up. The exchange would be after school on opposite visitation days. IE: the kids go to the ex's house after school.

The paperwork states that the other parent will still be picking our children up from my home. This has caused hostility in the past.

4. They claim the children ever year on their taxes.

What can I do?

I know hiring a lawyer is #1. But not everyone has $5k just laying around for a retainer fee.

Can one still apply for child support if these papers are signed? Should these be signed?
