Switched from Homekit to Matters, and now all the devices are not responding.

I have an M3 Hub, and everything works great with homekit.. I decided to switch to Matter to control my AC and other accessories. Since then, all the devices have shown not responding in the Apple app. Any idea what could go wrong? Thanks
