Why is it doing this!??

Every time I move it to wake, or press a button, I opens to this screen. This started happening a weeks ago, and wasn’t always like this. It is incredibly infuriating, and I can’t see my widgets that tell me what I need at a glance. Is this a setting that I accidentally messed with, or what?
