AWU2 gone mute

Hello , I bought an AWU2 back mid Jan 2024.   It just stopped making any sound or haptic notifications. Calls , messages , timer expirations, activity starts, find my play sound etc no audible or haptic feed back whatsoever. Warranty expired like 20 days ago.  It is running on 11.3.  I am thinking this happened after the update but not sure.  I also switched to Visible+ and added their cellular service last week. These are the only recent changes. I already performed erase reset , restore from backup , couple of times , and no luck. What I didn't do is to erase and setup as a new watch .  Should I try that ? Is it possible to restore from backup after setting it as new watch and find out it didn't fix the issue ?  What are my chances of getting "bonafide" support from genious bar only couple weeks after warranty runs out ?  Do haptic and sound use same h/w components for either them to not function ? Thank you .
