psychiatrist fees

I wanted to know if people have successfully cut down on psychiatrist costs when receiving ADHD medication. Between myself and my daughter, I cannot continue to pay for appointments of which are via zoom, I am hoping that once settled on medication, I can just get prescription every month for the fee but avoid meetings/cost.
