The Pain of being your own worst enemy but failing to change the behavior is so frustrating

There are so many examples where I have messed up in the past but due to executive dysfunction, or just being a disaster, or getting overwhelmed. I constantly avoid the problem until it becomes unavoidable and I am nearly having a panic attack. The biggest problem for me right now is my schoolwork. Just like every school year I have waited till the last minute to do my big assignments. I am in college and have a 5 page paper, 10 page paper, and video presentation all due tomorrow at midnight. Yup I did this completely to myself because I could not avoid the cycle of pushing things to the last minute. I swear my brain feels like my enemy a lot of times.
