Question about musely estrogen face cream

Hi! 49f here. I just got the musely estrogen cream and while it says to apply on clean dry skin, does anyone else apply it over serums and toners? I use an argeline and matrixyl serum and a Korean toner that I really don’t want to stop using but I don’t know where else to incorporate them in my routine. Thanks!
