Prf under eye injections

I’ve had my first injection but I don’t see any changes. If anything I just feel my under eyes have gotten puffy. They said I should do 3 in the span of 3 months to see real results but I’m just wondering if it’s worth it. Has anybody had any results with them? Posting my before and after.
